1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and ke33 ("ke33", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ke33 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services (collectively, the "Platform") available at ke33.io.

By completing the ke33 Login process, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ke33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by you upon successful registration on the ke33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your ke33 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or reward offered by ke33 to members subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the ke33 Platform are denominated.
• "Platform" means the ke33 website, mobile web interface, and all services, games, and betting markets accessible via ke33.io.
• "ke33 Login" means the authentication process by which a registered member accesses their Account using their registered credentials.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn from an Account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the ke33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located within Bangladesh at the time of registration and when placing bets or accessing casino games.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ke33 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee of ke33, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Each individual may hold only one ke33 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ke33 discovers that a member holds more than one Account, ke33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or casino winnings, and forfeit any bonus balances across those accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. ke33 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ke33 may result in Account suspension.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your ke33 Account. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your ke33 Login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access the Platform through your Account.

You must notify ke33 immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised access has occurred, or that your Account is displaying activity that you do not recognise. ke33 will investigate such reports promptly; however, ke33 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your ke33 Login details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal and financial information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your Account profile accordingly. ke33 is not liable for any delay in processing transactions that results from outdated account information.

ke33 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if it detects unusual login activity, multiple failed ke33 Login attempts, or login from an unfamiliar geographic location. Account locks of this nature are a security measure and will be lifted once identity is confirmed through our support team.

5 Deposits & Payments

ke33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and approved bank transfers from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions. ke33 does not currently accept Visa or Mastercard for deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification in accordance with ke33's anti-money laundering procedures. ke33 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad service fees) are outside ke33's control and are your responsibility.

Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance in real time for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to credit depending on your banking institution's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, you should contact ke33 live chat support with your transaction reference number.

ke33 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or borrowed funds. You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit on the Platform are free from any third-party claim, are lawfully yours, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account settings following ke33 Login. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that method.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of request approval during business hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

ke33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Where such checks are required, ke33 will notify you via email or live chat and will specify the documentation needed. Withdrawals will be held pending the satisfactory completion of any such verification.

Bonus balances that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw a balance that includes unsatisfied bonus amounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion and the return of the real-money portion only, subject to review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ke33 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ke33 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members who have completed the ke33 Login process and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in eligible wagers before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• ke33 reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing to wagering requirements. Games with an RTP above 97% or those classified as low-margin by the platform may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are satisfied.

ke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on ke33, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports, are subject to ke33's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing any bet on the Platform, you agree to those rules in their entirety.

All casino games available on ke33 — including live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate under the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers. ke33 does not modify the underlying game mechanics or RTP of any third-party game.

ke33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, software fault, or data feed failure has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance. ke33 will notify affected members via email where a mass void of this nature occurs.

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid change and may be suspended or closed at any time at ke33's discretion. ke33 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during a live event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ke33 Platform. Any member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their remaining Balance forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other members.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using ke33 bonus funds, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Colluding with other members, particularly in live casino games such as poker or multiplayer table games, to manipulate game outcomes.
• Making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity (commonly referred to as "money laundering through a gaming platform").
• Abusing the ke33 bonus system by creating multiple accounts, using shared devices, or coordinating with other members to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using the ke33 Login system to access another member's Account without their knowledge and consent.

ke33 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings pending a full investigation into suspected Prohibited Conduct. Where an investigation concludes that Prohibited Conduct has occurred, ke33 will take all appropriate remedial action, which may include the permanent closure of the Account and legal referral where applicable.

10 Responsible Gaming

ke33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members in Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful if not approached with care, and we provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help members manage their activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members via Account settings after ke33 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further betting and gaming activity is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals reminding you of the duration of your current session.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ke33 Platform — including but not limited to the ke33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ke33 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use any ke33 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

Any unauthorised use of ke33's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ke33 excludes all liability for: losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform; losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; losses arising from errors in odds, game data, or technical faults where bets have been voided in accordance with these Terms; and any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

ke33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. ke33 will endeavour to notify members in advance of scheduled maintenance periods where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ke33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

ke33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ke33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

ke33 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and to improve the Platform. ke33 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the ke33 Platform. ke33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14 Termination

You may close your ke33 Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any unsatisfied bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that all identity verification requirements have been met.

ke33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where: you have breached these Terms; ke33 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; you have failed to provide requested verification documentation; or the continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ke33. In cases of Account termination for cause, ke33 may withhold any Balance pending investigation and resolution.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ke33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a member — ke33 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an on-Platform notification upon ke33 Login.

For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes to contact information), ke33 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the ke33 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ke33 operates as a platform serving Bangladesh-based members and applies relevant consumer protection principles in its dispute resolution processes.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ke33 customer support via live chat, providing full details of your complaint. ke33's support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, the matter may be escalated to ke33's compliance team for formal review.

ke33 does not recognise or participate in any external dispute resolution scheme beyond those explicitly referenced in its compliance documentation. Any legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the event giving rise to the dispute.
